About Lauren Pagenkopf
Owner & Principal, Laurus Consulting, LLC
Lauren brings 25 years of business leadership experience to her coaching and consulting practice, giving her firsthand knowledge of today’s quickly evolving business environment and the challenges leaders face in meeting heavy demands while engaging and developing their people.
Coming from organizations with strong brands and missions including Harley-Davidson Motor Company, Children's Hospital of Wisconsin and Hal Leonard Corporation, she has held leadership roles in organizational communication, strategic planning, international business development, brand management and product development. Her experience includes extensive people and organizational development, leading through change, creating a common vision, implementing improvements and efficiencies, as well as culture change.
In her practice Lauren works with companies of all sizes and clients from the C-Suite to middle management, providing executive coaching, management consulting and services focused on leadership and organizational effectiveness. She has worked with clients in manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, legal practice, hospitality, food products, software development, print production, higher education, consumer goods and nonprofits.
